Returns Policy

You can cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of despatch.

After we have despatched your order you can return any unused bunting (within 60 days of receiving it from us) - either for an exchange to a different design, or for a full refund. Simply repackage it in our original packaging, send us a note with your name, telephone number and order reference (found on your receipt) and a brief explanation of your exchange or refund, and we'll do the rest. Take it to any post office - we recommend you ask the post office for a proof of posting which they will give you free of charge.
We can't refund the delivery charges on returned bunting unless it is faulty.

Privacy Policy

We use your infomation to process your order, provide you with information about The Cotton Bunting Company products and analyse customer purchasing. You can tell us not to send you information about our products at any time.

We sometimes make our mailing list (name and postal address) available to organisations if we think their products or services may be of interest to you (unless you have told us not to when ordering or at any time after). We do not make your email address or telephone number available to any other company. We are fully registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
