How soon can you deliver?
We offer 4 delivery options ranging from (up to) 6 days if you're in no great hurry, to overnight courier if you are! See our Delivery Info page for full details, but if you want to discuss any concerns you have, feel free to email or telephone and we'll do our best to recommend the most suitable option.

I've got a large space to decorate - how do I work out how much bunting to order?
We usually advise customers who are intending to decorate a large venue to use a long tape (or string), drape it where the bunting will hang, and then measure the total length.
If this isn't practical, you could measure the approximate perimeter you are looking to decorate and add 25% to 50% on to allow for the bunting to 'drape'.
Alternatively we suggest you over-order by an extra length or two just in case. Our bunting comes in individually-packed lengths of 5m (or 10m for some designs), and you are always welcome to return any unopened packs of bunting for a refund (within 60 days of ordering).
What happens if I order too much bunting?
Don't worry. Many customers order a bit more than they think they'll need, just in case! As long as they are unused and in their original packaging, you can return the excess lengths to us for a refund.

Can you make bespoke bunting to my design?
Unfortuntely we are unable to make bunting to order, sorry. We only sell the designs we have available on our site. However, we are always interested in hearing customer suggestions so please email us any ideas you may have!
Do you sell bunting in longer lenths?
No, we only sell bunting in the lengths shown on our website - but each length comes with excess string on either end, designed for tying a number of lengths together.

Can I use your bunting outdoors?
All of our bunting can be used indoors or outside; so wherever you plan to decorate, our bunting is sure to fit the bill! As with all cotton products, coloured bunting will fade over time if left in sunlight.
All of our cotton bunting is machine washable so if the worst happens, a bit of laundry will save the day!
